How to know the profile quality -02?
Surface finish:
Can check the below aspect:
-Colour and Glossiness: compare the confirmed sample, and use the instrument to test the glossiness
-Anodized and powder coating thickness: Can use the instrument to test the coating thickness.
-Surface: should be cleaned, and no cracks, peeling, corrosion, and air bubbles are allowed, also do not allow corrosion spots, electrical burns (oxidation electrode point), black spots, oxide film off, and other defects.
How do we make sure the surface is in quality standard?
- Before order or mass production, we will make a before production sample to make sure the color is the same client's request.
-Each profile will be checked the colour, and surface before by our worker according to the client's requested product standard before packing
