In the last week, aluminium material price in China increase to the top in the last 10 years. Up to 23810RMB per ton. From the beginning of 2021 to 13th september, alumminium has increased more than 55%. That has been a large effect to the aluminium industry. Every aluminium profile factory has to put up the price to keep their profit. Customers must pay much more than before.
Why Aluminium Material Price Increase So Fast?
The main reason of aluminium material price fast increasing is supply-demand relationship. Last week, the Africa country Guinea occurs a coup. Guinea is one of the main monohydrallite suppliers. China imports almost 50% monohydrallite from Guinea. The coup effects the monohydrallite business. The worldwide COVID situation is also a reason of the price increasing.
Besides, electric tight situation and coal production limit policy also limit the aluminium material production. As the economy recovers in China, material demand increases. But the limited supply is unable to satisfy the demand. Price increases fast .
How Will Aluminium Material Price Go In The Following Day?
On 14th and 15th September, the price had two crashes. But it is still not steady so far. Going up or going down still can't be expected.
